This is the perfect way to spruce up any cake for any birthday party! This adorable cake garland topper comes on 2 eight inch lollipop sticks. Twine connects the two sticks together and there are 5 faces with birthday hats glued onto the twine. There is the number being celebrated on top of the lollipop sticks to match the number on the hat. You can choose between silver or gold glitter number for the hat. If you choose a silver number on the hat, you will get a silver number on the top of the sticks. If you choose gold glitter number on the hat, you will get gold s onumber the lollipop sticks. The cake topper is single sided.

- Several suggestions for picking a nice photo for your banner
1. The closer the person is in the picture, the better resolution of the final product. I cannot change the resolution for you. Resolution does decline as image size increases.
2. Typically if person is faced forward instead of turned to the side, photos looks better.
3. If someone has longer hair, try to make sure hair is in front of shoulders and even on both sides.
4. Try to choose photos where person is not wearing a hat (or at least one not pulled down over their forehead.
5. Brighter photos tend to look better
